Preparation. Make the stir-fry sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds. Make the stir fry: Heat the canola oil oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Season with the salt and pepper, then stir until the chicken is browned, about 5 minutes. Pour the sauce into pan and stir to coat.


Directions. Mix the first 7 ingredients. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry beef until browned, 1-3 minutes. Remove from pan. Stir-fry broccoli in remaining oil until crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes. Add green onions; cook just until tender, 1-2 minutes. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to pan.


For The Veggies. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and add in 1 tbsp olive oil. Once hot, add in the broccoli and carrots and stir fry until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Keep the broccoli moving so it doesn't burn. Add in the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.


Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl. Whisk until smooth, then set aside. Cook the steak. Heat oil in a large wok/skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through. Remove the steak from the pan. Cook the veggies.
